RETURNS POLICY

At Kyri Couture we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

- Sale items and personalised products are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original methods of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges 

If you need a different size or colour, you can exchange your item within 14 days. The exchanged item must also be in new condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
